We explore your preferences, answer your questions, and discuss what type of experience you're imagining. Afterward, you receive a written proposal outlining options and transparent pricing. There's no pressure to proceed immediately.

This service includes researching and arranging activities, dining experiences, and local discoveries based on our conversation about your interests. We provide honest context about each recommendation, including practical details like timing, physical requirements, and what makes each experience worthwhile. The itinerary remains flexible throughout your stay, and you're welcome to adjust plans as your mood and energy dictate.

For retreat planning consultations, reaching out two to three weeks before your intended arrival allows us adequate time for thoughtful preparation. Curated experience design benefits from three to four weeks' notice, particularly if your interests include specialized activities or dining reservations. Extended stay coordination ideally begins four to six weeks ahead, though we remain flexible when circumstances require shorter timelines.

We discuss any dietary preferences, restrictions, or allergies during the consultation phase. Our kitchen and partner restaurants can accommodate various requirements, from vegetarian and vegan preferences to specific allergen avoidance and cultural dietary practices. We appreciate knowing about these needs early so we can prepare thoughtfully rather than making last-minute adjustments.

We establish your preferred level of interaction at the outset. Some guests appreciate daily check-ins, while others prefer minimal contact unless they initiate it.
